CTS BUILDING BUILDER PRO 1.0.57

V57 UPDATE
Door Edit is available in Doors & Windows and the extension menu.
Door Edit, Window Edit and Operate Window use the current selected
assembly, including frames inside an enclosing selected group. With no
frame selected, click a highlighted CTS frame; Esc cancels.
Window and door dialogs remain available until closed. Window update
errors retain the editor; component updates make the edited instance unique.
Fixed / frame-only windows do not operate. Older legacy windows without
moving-shutter recipes need recreating in Window Frame Pro for operation.

FALSE CEILING / COVE CEILING — STEP LAYOUT
Existing cove: the previous border + centre lighting section.
Border down — centre flat: complete lowered border and one flat upper centre.
Centre down — border flat: one flat lower centre and complete upper border.
These two new layouts have no internal opening, cove lips or extra closing
board. Opening/lip/pocket controls are hidden when they do not apply.
Lower board height sets the lowest underside. Step drop is the exact
height difference between lower and upper undersides. Thickness is
independent. Step drop must exceed thickness; border width must exceed
thickness and fit inside the room. Uncheck stepped/cove for a plain ceiling.
The chosen layout is stored for editing and Save / Load Presets.

INSTALL
Install the RBZ using SketchUp Extension Manager, then restart SketchUp.
Replaces the existing CTS Building Builder Pro installation; keep one version enabled.

NEW TOOLS
Edit & Repair: Edit Any Created Object, Save / Load Presets,
Material Direction & Scale, Model Health Check, Quantity Report.
Rooms: Stair Builder and Room Labels & Areas.
Doors & Windows: Window and Door frame tools.
The extension menu also includes all eight commands.

EDIT ANY CREATED OBJECT
Select the outer group/component. Recorded doors, windows, sunshades and
room finishes open their parameter editor. New stairs, labels and opening
walls reopen their saved recipe. Other grouped objects use local width,
depth and height controls; this scales the entire object and does not
recover parameters for older destructive groove operations or unrecorded
geometry. Component window edits make the selected instance unique.
Flat generic geometry cannot be resized in an axis with zero thickness.

PRESETS
Use the Presets bar in a modelling dialog: Save as stores its visible
input fields by tool; Load fills the inputs, then review and Apply.
Presets persist in your SketchUp user preferences. The preset manager
exports/imports all presets as JSON and deletes named entries.
Picked custom profile geometry, object locations and source boundaries
are not saved as presets. Loading presets does not itself commit geometry;
existing live preview panels may refresh their temporary preview.

MATERIAL DIRECTION & SCALE
Select faces or groups/components. Longest side aligns the texture's
length to each face's longest outer edge. World X/Y projects a direction
onto the face; perpendicular axes fall back to the longest edge.
Rotation adds degrees; 100% uses the original material texture dimensions.
Only selected faces change; nested components are made unique. Materials
need an image texture. Back-side mapping is optional.

OPENING CONTROLS
A plain wall must be a straight vertical rectangular prism with six
four-corner faces and direct geometry, without nested objects or holes.
Select it and add an opening. A hidden uncut backup is saved inside the
resulting group. Select that group to add, update, delete or restore its
openings. Existing-opening selection fills the current dimensions.
Openings must stay inside the wall sides/top and must not overlap/touch.
Door sill = 0. Side offset is measured along the chosen long wall face.
New controls use mm for bare dimensions; explicit units are accepted.
Do not delete the hidden CTS Uncut Wall Backup child.

Select an existing CTS window/door frame for frame width, height,
horizontal/vertical movement and swing/slide controls. Frame changes and
wall cuts are separate operations: resize the wall opening to match.
Door assembly opening controls require its original group format.
Older unrecorded wall openings are not automatically reconstructed.

STAIR BUILDER
Straight, L turn and U turn; total rise, maximum riser, tread going,
width, landing depth, U gap, base level and material.
Equal riser count = ceiling(total rise / maximum riser).
Actual riser = total rise / count; the last tread reaches the total rise.
L/U landings must be at least the flight width. Geometry uses closed
solid step blocks, without a railing or slab/stringer construction.
Apply, click the bottom start point, then click the walking direction.
Select the stair and Edit Any Created Object to revise it.
Layouts are modelling controls, not building-code compliance checks.

ROOM LABELS & AREAS
Select a horizontal face or CTS Flooring group. Name it and choose
text height, vertical offset and optional perimeter. Creates flat 3D text.
Selected face holes are deducted. Older Flooring metadata records only
its outer boundary; select the actual face for rooms containing holes.
Area/perimeter use the saved boundary. Recreate the label after changing
its source room boundary. Editing changes its name/size and refreshes
measurements from the saved boundary and current transform.

MODEL HEALTH CHECK
No selection: check the model. Select grouped objects for a scoped check.
Reports loose, boundary, non-manifold and tiny geometry, coincident face
outlines and empty groups. Read-only; Select locates the containing object.
Open surfaces/text can intentionally contain boundary or loose edges.
This check does not diagnose reversed normals or structural compliance.
Hidden uncut opening backups are excluded. CSV export is included.

QUANTITY REPORT
No selection: report the model. Selected groups/components: report only
them. One row per assembly instance; nested pieces of identified
assemblies are not counted again. Repeated components count individually.
World bounding-box dimensions reflect transforms and rotations.
Geometric face area includes all faces, including internal faces.
Volumes sum closed shells; overlaps are not subtracted. Blank volume
means no closed shell. A mixed assembly's volume covers closed pieces only.
Room boundary area/perimeter and stair riser data are included when saved.
Room labels and flooring are distinct entries; do not sum these together
as a single net floor area. Export CSV for schedules and further totals.

VALIDATION
Ruby syntax and extension load/action registration checked.
Automated recipe, UV, transform, preset and quantity checks passed.
SketchUp's native geometry engine is not available in the build workspace;
verify placement, wall cuts and appearance on a copy of your SKP model.
