All products sold on this website are digital. No physical product is shipped.

Delivery method

After successful payment is verified, the plugin download, related files and licence information are made available in the customer's secure account. Transactional confirmation may also be sent to the registered email address.

Delivery time

Delivery is normally immediate after verified payment. Transactions marked pending, under review or not confirmed by the payment provider may take up to 24 hours or require support review.

Secure downloads

Download links are generated from the customer account, work once and expire shortly for security. An eligible customer may generate another link from the account when required.

Installation, activation and reinstall

RBZ files are installed through SketchUp Extension Manager. The licence is activated using the provided key and is normally tied to one computer. Reinstalling on the same computer remains authorised when the Machine ID matches. A different Machine ID requires an approved reset. Internet access is required for initial activation and periodic verification.

Updates

Eligible customers may receive an in-extension update notice when a newer RBZ is published. The user chooses whether to install it. The updater retrieves the official protected file through HTTPS and verifies its SHA-256 checksum before installation. For safety, install only official signed releases and back up important SketchUp models before updating.
