This Privacy Policy explains how collects and uses information through CAD Tools Studio.

Information we collect

• Account information such as name, verified email address, mobile number, login method and profile image.
• Purchase information such as order references, original price, coupon, discount, final amount, product and payment status.
• Licence and security information including hashed machine identifiers, activation and heartbeat timestamps, installed version, nonce and hashed IP information.
• Trial details including product, account, hashed machine identifier, start time and expiry.
• Update-check information needed to confirm licence eligibility, current version and protected download access.
• Support messages and information you voluntarily provide.
• Technical information needed for sessions, abuse prevention, diagnostics and service security.

Purpose and lawful use

We use this information only to create and secure accounts, verify payments, deliver digital products, issue and validate licences, enforce trial and device limits, provide same-computer reinstall access, notify users about eligible updates, prevent fraud, provide support, send transactional messages, meet accounting obligations and comply with applicable law. We do not sell personal data.

Google profile and mobile-number notice

Google sign-in is used only for authentication and basic profile identification. We request only the information needed for the displayed service. Your name and mobile number are collected after sign-in for account identification, purchase assistance, licence support and security. They are not used for promotional calls, SMS, WhatsApp or marketing email unless you separately opt in.

Payments

Payments are processed by PayU or another payment provider displayed at checkout. We do not store full card numbers, CVV or UPI credentials on this website. Payment providers process information under their own privacy terms.

Google sign-in

If you choose Google sign-in, we receive the basic profile information authorised by you, such as name, verified email, Google account identifier and profile image. We never receive or store your Google password. Our OAuth screen and this policy describe the data requested and its purpose.

Sharing

Information is shared only as required with service providers supporting hosting, email delivery, Google authentication, PayU payment processing, fraud prevention, professional advisers and legal compliance. Payment credentials such as full card numbers, CVV and UPI PINs are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by us.

Retention

• Account, order, invoice and licence records are retained while the account or licence remains active and for any additional period required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention or legal claims.
• Support messages and ordinary security logs are normally reviewed or removed after 12 months unless an active issue or legal obligation requires longer retention.
• Hashed identifiers used to prevent repeated trial abuse may be retained for up to 36 months.
• Data no longer required for a stated purpose is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, account closure or deletion of eligible personal data, withdraw optional consent, or raise a grievance by contacting us. Some order, licence-security and accounting records may need to be retained where required by law or necessary to prevent fraud and protect existing contractual rights.

Security and incident response

We use HTTPS, access controls, restricted downloads, hashing and encryption where appropriate. Raw Machine IDs should not be publicly displayed; stored device identifiers are hashed for licence matching. If a security incident materially affects personal data, we will investigate, contain it and provide notifications required by applicable law.
